Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.

What if i need to change my cleaning appointment ?

We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice, so that we can adjust our schedules.

What about my pets ?

We love pets. It would be ideal if you would introduce the team to your pets during the first visit. You could also show the team where the treats are so when we return, we can offer them a treat before starting the clean.

Can the cleaner clean my home while I am at work?

Yes, she can. You can even leave the keys to the cleaner if that is more convenient for you. Depending on your needs, other arrangements can be made for your comfort.
